Returns & exchanges

Made-to-measure garments are non-returnable once cutting begins (after measurements are confirmed). The deposit is then non-refundable — this is stated at confirmation. Standard-size pieces may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery if unworn, unwashed, and with tags intact, subject to fabric lot availability. Refunds, when approved, go to the original payment method within 10–14 business days. Delivery refused or COD refused once may disable future COD on your account. Contact atelier support with your order number (AKS-YYYY-NNNNN) for any claim.
