Who you are buying from
AKS Atelier is operated by Qamar Un Nisa (sole proprietor), Karachi, Pakistan. These terms are between you and Qamar Un Nisa. Email info@aks-atelier.com. There is no registered company behind the shop.
The pieces
AKS sells ready-to-wear womenswear in the house sizes shown on each piece (XS–XL). The price on the page is in Pakistani rupees (PKR). The total at checkout, including any shipping amount shown there, is the amount you agree to pay.
Delivery
We deliver only within Pakistan. We do not ship to an address outside Pakistan. Any shipping charge is the amount shown at checkout before you place the order. Shipping and returns are at shipping and returns.
Payment
You pay by a method offered at checkout. That can include paying the courier on delivery when cash on delivery is offered for the order. A placed order is an agreement to buy that piece at the PKR price you accepted.
Returns
If a piece arrives and you want to send it back, follow shipping and returns and write to the contact below. We will tell you the next step. The address on the order has to be in Pakistan.
How you use the site
You may browse and order for yourself. You may not try to enter an account, system, or set of data that is not yours, and you may not place an order in someone else’s name or with someone else’s payment. That misuse can be an offence under the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, 2016.
Accounts
Sign-in has no password: a code, or Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or WhatsApp where those buttons are shown. The privacy policy at /privacy says what each one sends us.
Law
These terms follow the laws of Pakistan. A dispute is heard in the courts of Pakistan.
